You pay for the retreat separately from board and lodging
The retreat fee of SEK 4,500 is paid upon booking.
Board and lodging are invoiced after the retreat is complete.
Reserving your desired room for five nights including vegetarian meals costs SEK 2,500 for a dormitory, SEK 3,500 for a double room, and SEK 4,000 for a single room. An additional night including breakfast costs SEK 500.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel the retreat up to one month before the date of your booking.
In case of cancellation, you’ll receive a refund of the retreat fee minus 20%.
You can cancel the retreat later in the event of illness if you have a medical certificate, in which case you’ll receive a refund of the retreat fee minus 20%.
You can rebook to the next retreat opportunity free of charge up to a week before the start of the course, or if you become ill any time before the course begins.
You can always sell or transfer your reservation to someone else.
In that case, notify us of who will be attending in your place.
